John Laing Group has appointed Ariam Enraght-Moony as HR director and member of the company’s executive committee, she joins after four years as director of talent at Winton Capital.
Moony has previously served as vice president of global leadership and diversity at Goldman Sachs, senior HR business partner at Google, and has a decade of experience in consulting at Accenture.
In this role, Moony will be responsible for leading John Laing’s talent agenda, in particular its commitment to diversity and inclusion, she will report to Ben Loomes, chief executive.
