Davies has appointed Emma Wedderburn as group chief HR officer.
The firm said Wedderburn has a “reputable background” in human resource management and has held various senior and international roles at Amec Foster Wheeler, and Wood plc, currently she is serving the end of her tenure at Capital Plc as group people director.
Wedderburn will take up her role in January 2021 and will report to Dan Saulter, Davies group CEO, as part of her people and HR remit, she will also lead Davies focus on inclusion, diversity and its global charitable activities.
She will join the firm’s diversity and inclusion board, as well as becoming a trustee of the Davies Foundation, a charity focused on investment into the communities.
