Buck completes Concert Consulting acquisition

Buck, a consulting, administration, and technology services firm that specialises in pensions and employee benefits, has acquired the pensions and employee benefits communications firm, Concert Consulting. 

The business, now named Concert, a Buck company, helps employers and trustees better engage with their employees and members through creative communication strategies.

Through the acquisition, Buck can continue “effectively engaging employees and plan members” by offering personalised communications.

David Piltz, managing director for the UK at Buck, said: “Through our acquisition of Concert, we can now fully meet our clients’ requirements, partnering with each to understand their goals and deliver tailored messages to employees and members that provide a high-quality user experience.”

Formed in 2004, Bristol-based Concert offers employee research, copywriting, and graphic design for both print and digital media to improve engagement between employees and employers.

Peter Walsh, founder of the company, said: “We’ve developed outstanding relationships with our clients through the strategy and delivery of new ways of communicating with their employees and members.
